In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Ensure the on-time and complete entering of multi-BU orders in the ERP system.

- Generate order acknowledgements.

- Expedite factories and make sure items are delivered on-time and complete

- Keep a close contact with internal - external customers/Sales Office to advise of any delays and problems.

- Keeps the Sales Office advised at all times of the status of all orders and provides correct and on time answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders.

- Provide constant status updates to European Sales Offices.

- Conduct data management activities using the ERP system.

- Maintain accurate and updated Business Systems (CRM, Oracle) Update Financial Department and line manager, as to expected sales.

**For This Role, You Will Need:

- Highschool or Higher education required

- demonstrated ability in a multinational company in accounting, logistics, or order administration department

- Proficient in use of MS Office

- Good knowledge of Oracle System Fluent in technical Italian and English
