Lifestyle Design Corporate Social Responsability
The Corporate Social Responsability Specialist will work in the Corporate Strategy area, developing methodologies and tools to integrate sustainability policies within business processes.
This position involves supporting management in the transition towards sustainable business models that are capable of creating shared value through projects in the ESG area.
S/he will report to the Group Strategy Director.
**Main activities
- benchmarking, gap analysis, proposal and definition of improvement plans, programmes, initiatives and any other activities aimed at guaranteeing the group's adherence to international CSR best practices;
- implementing the sustainability reporting system and preparation of sustainability reports/Integrated Reporting;
- supervising subsidised finance instruments for participation in public tenders or subsidy programs such as Industry 4. 0 and the Sustainable Growth Fund;
- developing a model for assessing socio-environmental impacts;
- developing Circular Economy and LCA initiatives;
- preparing de-carbonisation strategies ("Transition Plan") and a Carbon Inventory;
- defining scenario analyses regarding Climate Change using globally recognised tools and through research on scenarios (e. g. , IPCC, etc.
);
- supporting the definition of objectives in line with the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi)
- identifying and quantifying the financial impacts of the risks and opportunities associated with Climate Change
- supporting other company functions on ESG issues, such as pre-qualifications and tenders, internal and external Communication, M&A, Operations;
- disseminating the culture of sustainability and** **raising awareness of the issue among the various company stakeholders, as well as managing the relationships and projects underway at group and brand level;
**Required experience
- a degree in Economics or Engineering;
- at least 5 years' experience in a similar role at leading consulting firms or industrial/financial companies working on sustainability issues;
- knowledge of: the primary ESG issues, the main guidelines for drafting sustainability reports, international principles and management models in the field of sustainability, and the definition of models for measuring economic, social and environmental impacts.
**Required skills
