**The role

**Main Activities

- Actively monitor market trends and competitors

- Provide financial valuations and financial modelling according to the needs of the department (eg.

DCF, IRR, ROIC calculation)

- Collect and analyze information from internal as well as external sources in order to understand business models, best practices, market trends, etc.

- Analyze market and continuously monitor the competitive landscape with particular attention to new M&A opportunities

- Work with Corporate Top management and Brand Directors to understand their business challenges and participate in identifying and delivering strategic solutions coherent with the overall Group strategy

- Support the Top Management team in preparing presentations for annual Shareholders meetings

- Prepare reports (power point and excel mainly) and perform business analysis upon business needs

- Manage small scale ad hoc deadline-based projects, while maintaining day-to-day routines

- Support product, market, and operations feasibility research and analysis of opportunities

- Continously evaluate organizational progress against identified objectives

- Develop and execute strategic initiatives, integration of acquisitions, implementation of programs, and other activities as directed by Executive Management to meet company objectives

**Experience and Education

- 3-5 years of experience in Strategic consulting firm or Investment bank;

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent Business-related degree;

- Master's of Business Administration is a plus (MBA);

- Experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, Business Development, experience in role within M&A.

**Technical and Soft skills

- Fluent in both Italian and English;

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;

- Strong strategic, business, analytical, and financial modelling skills;

- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, and presentation skills required;

- Well organized, self-starter who eagerly approaches new challenges and looks for opportunities

- Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and maturity
