Job description and responsibilitiesExperience within financial function, preferably at the intersection of Finance and ITMaster's or Bachelor's degree with +3 years of experience in Microsoft ERP (Dynamics NAV, Business Central) solutions for Finance. Analyze and document system interface requirements, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft ERP (Dynamics NAV, Business Central) and third-party systems.

Develop solution blueprints and functional specifications based on business input. Consulting and functional experience gained through completing multiple end-to-end project lifecyclesKnowledgeable in change management processes, including requirement understanding, functional specification writing, testing, validation, and documentation. General understanding of business processes and cross-integration areas. The candidate will join the internal IT Department.

He/she will report to the I T MS Senior Developer with focus on the current ERP and go-live and roll-out of the new projects. He/she will be in charge of:Conducting fit/gap analysis and defining if system requirements are global (group core model) or localLeading the full life-cycle of charge requests (definition of functional requirements, testing, release and training)Performing and supervising application setupGiving direction for data migration and, where applicable, directly perform itEnsuring strong collaboration with internal team members and system integrator's teamDealing with impacts generated by the implementation of the new ERP system to group's organizationsTechnical RequirementsBachelor's Degree: business or technology related BA/BS3+ years Dynamics NAV, Business Central implementation experience2+ full lifecycle implementations and experience in large and international IT projectsExpertise in accounting and controlling processes.

It is preferred the knowledge also in other areas like sales, purchases and inventory managementStrong knowledge of project methodologies (DevOps)Education and Professional RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business or technology related BA/BSAnalytical thinking and problem solvingAbility to work in large and international teams and travelStrong time management skillsPassion for learningWorkplace : Milan.

Availability for long trips in Italy and abroad is requested.
