Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow. We are seeking a Line Leader Inbound who will join our Inbound team in Varisco Product Company, in Padova, part of Atlas Copco Group. As Line Leader Inbound, you will report to Manufacturing manager and will be responsible of coordinating an operational team dedicated to the procurement of goods in support of production lines and in compliance with the planning.
The role includes the following responsibilities: Guarantee the monitoring of the inbound department, from operations point of view supporting the Manufacturing Manager. Safety First! Respecting all safety rules. Guarantee the readiness of parts, in order to expedite the production process with the requested timing and quantities. Steer team's activities and watch over the qualitative visual checks. Guarantee the respect of the safety laws and regulations inside the work environment by all employees. Coordinate, steer and control the team, in agreement with the Manufacturing Manager. Work actively inside the team and support the colleagues, in case of need, in their tasks. Check the availability of the goods to and escalate to the responsible if needed. Guarantee the tidiness both in the inside area and the yard, ensuring the cleanness of the tooling and all the devices provided. What we expect of you? Proven experience in people management (min 3 years). Proven experience in production and inbound (min 3 years). Forklift driving license. Capability to interact in Italian and English. Positive and proactive approach, empathy and resilience. Driven and structured approach in steering the activities with accuracy and punctuality. Problem solving and team working attitude. Ability to coordinate a team by taking care of priorities and deadlines. Ability to keep respectful relations with all colleagues in order to foster a safe, calm and productive environment. Ability to promote cooperation and communication with your colleagues and the other Departments, especially between Inbound and Outbound teams, in order to achieve business results. Trigger and maintain the conditions of active information sharing in the department and between the different functions within the company, with the goal to permit integrated actions to maximize our (internal or external) customers' satisfaction.
