The OpportunityFor our Line Producer team based in Brugherio (MB) we are looking for a Line Producer – Full time permanent.

You will orchestrate live broadcasts, working closely with hosts, the production team, guests and experts.

You will manage live show flow, aligning with programming, and guide hosts with product briefings, real-time updates, and ensuring effective audience engagement.

You also coordinate with departments to highlight product features and address customer inquiries.

Your Impact Reporting to the Line Producer Manager you will be responsible for:Interpreting and executing sales and content strategies with multiplatform approach. Achieving pre-determined sales goals per shift. Manage Live interaction and needs of our customers. Discussing strategies and product presentations with the Presenters, Strategy team, Backstage, Planners, Gallery, Guests, Experts and Suppliers.

Leading Production MeetingDirecting all elements of the live show. Collaboration with program hosts regarding sales strategy. Interpretation of live sales information and react appropriately in real time to drive sales. Making decision to create and increase viewership. What You BringProven experience in strategy and Tv production. Strong understanding of TV processes. Availability to work on shift in the evening and weekends. Ability to navigate and utilize digital tools and software. English: Intermediate. Soft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work. Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
