Operating since 1985 and listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, BFF is experiencing continuous growth and expansion across twelve European countries. We are currently looking for a Liquidity & ALM with specific expertise in developing budget models and knowledge of liability management policies.

He/she will join our Planning&Control team and will be responsible for the following activities:Main Activities- Support managers in commercial and financial planning, preparation of documents for budget, forecast, and monthly monitoring/reporting - Perform analysis to understand the key drivers of the business and present commentary explaining changes from prior year/forecasts/budgets - Cash flow management, budget and forecast - Analysis and monitoring of performance, milestones, and results of investments - Maintenance and improvement of the reporting systems/tools, with specific focus on risk monitoring - Design new reports and dashboards in order to efficiently explain the financial results to the board - Set-up and develop internal risk processes and quantitative toolsREQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree preferable in Finance/Economics/Engineering/Business Administration - 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in the Financial Services Industry/Banking Industry /Consultancy Companies - B2 Level in English, Mother tongue Italian - Excellent IT skills, Advanced command of the Office package, in particular Excel, and SQL - Demonstrated financial reporting and analysis proficiency - Previous experience with Data Model - ERMAS skills will be appreciated - Ability to work to strict deadlines; analytical skills and high attention to details; ability to set priorities and give clear directions; result-driven personality and high energy complete the profileWe offer:A stimulating and challenging work environment with significant growth opportunities and a strong learning culture Permanent employment contract Credit Sector National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) Hybrid work possibilities Meal vouchers provided both in-office and during remote work Rewarding system Corporate welfare Access to one of our pension funds Supplementary health insuranceWorkplace: Milan, ItalyAt BFF Banking Group, we ensure that everyone has equal opportunities and fair treatment.
