Listing Agent
This is a full-time role for a highly motivated, results driven Listing Agent supporting the Residential Team in our Lucca, Siena and Florence Offices.
**Responsibilities
- Vendor registration and presentations.
- Providing client management and support, whilst maintaining a high professional profile
- Build excellent relationships with the vendors
- Researching the local real estate market
- Helping to determine the asking price
- Helping to identify the key selling points
- Collecting the necessary documentation of the property from the vendor
- Organize professional photo-shoot
- Providing daily/weekly feedback on listing and progress to clients and colleagues
- Updating company databases
**Professional experience and personal skills profile
The successful applicant will have worked in a competitive environment where they have shown initiative to find new properties and to put the customer at the heart of the purchasing process.
**Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required
- A strong focus on client relations
- A sound knowledge and keen awareness of the competition is essential, as is knowledge of markets within the area.
- Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve success
- Confident communication skills
- Drive and enthusiasm
- Language Reuirment: Fluent in Italian and English
- Ability to work as part of a team
