**Qualifications** What we expect from you. . .

- You reside in Italy and you are able to work as a contractor

- Advanced level Italian & English language knowledge

- Experience in operation or talent management in streaming platforms or gaming talent agencies.

- Experience in working in streaming communities is a plus.

- Experience in fast-paced, partner-oriented environment where you gained insight of handling different personality types

- Experience in sales-oriented and quota-driven environments related to technology, finance, or advertising.
