We believe that 30% of a business's revenue should come from loyal, returning customers, and we're here to help you map out that journey, engage effectively, and offer the right solutions at the right time.

Be the main point of contact and nurture positive collaborative work between Lively Bee Studio and up to 10 clients.

Strategy planning with the Clients to meet and exceed their goals.

Translate said strategy to a clear set of directions to fellow team members to execute, both for monthly campaigns and automation (flows) optimization.

Plan and giving directions for experimentations or optimization tests.

Oversee and monitor project management and delivery.

Day to Day

**Client communication**: planning, approvals, updates, and follow ups

Monthly client calls

Monthly campaigns and flows strategy planning

**Type of Employment**:

Collaboration contract, depending on number of projects.

**Hours**:

Flexible, preferably to overlap at least 4 hours with CET working hours (9. 00 AM - 6. 00 PM CET)

**Qualifications**:

Holistic understanding of eCommerce

Fluent English-speaking

Client management experience is a must

Klaviyo experience is preferable

Holistic understanding of branding

Self-starter and accountable

Comfortable of working 100% remotely, managing your own schedule to fit with the workload, deadlines, and teams schedule, without direct supervision

Team player - good communication skills, helpful, and ask for help when needed

Learner - you are curious, open to learn new things, and motivated to get better
