Weare searching for a VP/Director for the Loan Capital Markets and Syndicate team.

As a VP/Director you will support the origination, structuring, pricing, negotiation and execution of syndicated debt with a focus on leveraged finance and HY deals.

The role will include the following range of activities:

Primary syndication:

pitching trade and underwriting ideas, and managing the entire syndication/take out process through structuring, negotiation, documentation and execution - liaising with borrowers, private equity firms, other bank lenders, investors, legal counsels and relevant internal teams Coverage of CLOs and credit funds in coordination with Sales team, also by means of market sounding and market intelligence exercises Provide pricing overview and relative value analysis across different instruments (loans and bonds) and currencies Proactively promote Mediobanca franchise in the leverage finance market place Exploring related business and loan opportunities, including sourcing secondary trade ideas.

Interacting with the European branches.

Requirements Description:

Fluent in Italian and English Knowledge of HY bond and Leveraged loan markets and the relevant investor base Commercial focus - including business analysis and risk awareness.

Multitasking and problem solving attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral, ability to interact with senior management and functional areas
