Descrizione aziendaFor one of our clients, active in the field of NPLs, we are looking for a Loan Manager. PosizioneDevelop and execute alternative restructuring strategies, e. g. , debt-to-equity swaps/asset repossessions;Collaborate closely with senior executives from other financial institutions, lenders and all other parties involved in the restructuring process;Prepare and deliver consistent progress reports on activities and recovery efforts for the management team of the company and third parties involved;Work on necessary documentation to secure approvals for proposed strategies. RequisitiMaster's degree Banking, Economics and/or Finance is mandatoryFluency in English both written and spoken, nice to have knowledge of an additional European languagedvanced proficiency in financial analysis namely works daily on financial statements, management reports, and financial projectionsSound understanding of Italian bankruptcy laws (codice crisi di impresa e insolvenza), combined with strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret diverse asset categories is a key requirementAt least 4 years of working experience being part of the restructuring unit of a bank/consultancy firmOther requirementsKeen eye on details and a very analytical mindset Ability to interface stakeholders at all levels and work under tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilitiesAltre informazioniIndicative gross salary: 50. 000 /60. 000+ Bonus & Benefits Milano, Italia BANKING - Cartolarizzazione/NPL/UTP
