Within the Loan Operations department located in Milan, we are looking for a Junior Loan Specialist.

The candidate will be part of the Team managing loan products for companies.

The Team manages plain vanilla and more structured deals over their lifecycle.

The Loan Specialist is accountable for the processing of instructions and for the operational handling of a Loan request/document, received by the bank.

This involves understanding and handling the instructions received, retrieving the data from the deal documentation, and capturing them into the loan processing platform.

ResponsibilitiesManage received loan requests. Manage existing portfolio loans. Manage loan deals related to import and export transactions. Manage Sace deals and related documentation. Review operational workability of deal documentation. Be involved in additional projects and administrative tasks of the team. SkillsDegree in Economics, Political Science or Law. Organizational skills, positive attitude, willing to learn, ability to work in a team, meticulous, pro-active. Strong analytical and communication skills, good interpersonal skills and able to multitask in a demanding and fast-paced environment. Computer literate and conversant in MS office applications. Italian language is a must, proficient in written and spoken English, understanding of other languages would be an added value.
