**What You Can Expect **(JOB SUMMARY)

The resource will be in charge to run the project of information/education to our customers, in relation to the Rotating Set required and shipped to our customers.

In particular, on a daily basis, the resource:

- working together with the CS Loan Clerks, will prepare and send a communication to our customers listing all the Kits required and shipped the customer the same day.

- On a daily basis will check all sets returned.

In case of unused sets, he/she will prepare and send a communication to the customers informing about the fee to be paid.

Besides these two activities the resource will work together with The Customer Service Coordinator to build a database of unused sets and will prepare report for the Area Sales managers.

**THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION THAT WILL EXTEND UP TO 1 YEAR.
