**YOUR ROLE **:The Local HR Business Partner works within the Human Resources Function.

HR in Kuehne+Nagel is a fundamental asset to support business growth and company's performance throughout organizational development, management of employee life-cycle, human capital evolution and engagement, right-skilling and diversity & inclusion.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contribute to assess HR implications of business strategy, identify opportunities and solutions to meet business needs

Manage strategic workforce planning (contractors included) and monitor relevant KPIs, in alignment with business needs and hiring strategy

- Handle organizational design optimization to increase productivity and improve business performance Advise Management to influence decisions that have an impact on people, organization, culture and consequently on business results

- Build relationships with Management to drive the effective execution of HR strategy, programs and projects, strictly collaborating with HR centers of expertise

- Drive Talent Management and People Development processes' implementation

- Contribute to proper deployment of compensation strategy

Facilitate change management and engagement within the business and support cultural evolution at all levels

- Collaborate to manage employees relations matters and relationships with Unions and Workers' Councils, together with taking care of litigation prevention and management

- Assist negotiation and definition of supplementary agreements according to applied CLA

Support to ensure compliance and act as an internal advisor

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**:

- Two years experience in similar roles

- High level of attention to detail, communication, organizational skills.

- Planning, decision making

- Fluent in English

- Project Management Experience

- International Experience

- Leadership Experience
