Local Hrbp / Hr Generalist
Description
General information:As Local HR Business Partner, you will work closely with Central and Southern Europe Hub HRBP providing HR support in the assigned geographic area to employees and managers.
You will ensure effective and sustainable workplace relations and performance in close collaboration with HR network.
In this role you will also have the chance to be involved in Hub and Global Projects and Activities Responsibilities:Implement HR priorities in the organization in line with Global Corporate Function strategy, covering culture, people, and organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio and be able to propose new solutions where appropriate.
Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies.
Counsel Managers and employees on the most effective solutions to resolve issues.
Acts as consultant, sparring partner, coach, and facilitator to business leaders.
Oversee implementation of HR processes at the location, ensuring compliance with Group policy and guidelines.
Provides feedback and inputs on relevant local statutory or regulatory requirements.
Support manager to implement and follow up performance and talent management activities including poor performance improvement, Performance Appraisal discussion, training need identification, termination, and etc.
Support the implementation of group and global compensation strategies.
Represent HR in the workplace, build partnerships between employees, HR and Managers; Deliver day to day HR management contact / relationship for employees, including employee welfare, counselling, disciplinary processes; Be a change agent into the organization and support managers and employees during the transformation processes.
Lead discussions and owns the relationship with local collective bargaining and information/consultation groups where applicable (e. g.
works councils, trade unions, employee committees); Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.
Your background:Solid previous experience in HR function (minimum 3-5 years) is a must Ability to move in an international environment and balance different stakeholders Strategic mindset as well as data analysis and ability to deal with complex organization Previous experience on HR Project management would be a nice to have Knowledge of Italian and English language is a must
