Reporting to the Head of Local Market, the Local Market Performance & Development Manager will be responsible for analysing and optimizing business performance of our franchising rental stations in Italy.

This role also requires controlling adherence of the rental stations to organization guidelines, ability to manage the relationship with internal stakeholders and direct responsibility for providing planning and forecasting guidance to local market team.

Key responsibilities for this position:

Responsible for organizing and analysing data from available data sources to support local market reporting, projects and initiatives Responsible for creating analysis, recommendations and presentations to support local market initiatives and business development of the territory.

Responsible for the development of standard templates, targets, scorecards and business cases Responsible for providing support and proposing recommendations for improvements totools and information used within local market analytics Interface and interact with finance team and network accounting team to control adherence of the rental stations to company's guidelines Provide support for local market managers by performing analysis of activities (processes and/or procedures) to improve core functions, growth, and profitability Partner with key stakeholders to analyse, test, and launch new initiatives to increase local market profitability.
