Local Operations Lead
For our headquarter in Milan, we are looking for a talented Team Leader who will drive and coordinate our Local Operations. Reporting to the Head Of Operations Italy, you will lead a team composed of 4 Area Managers aiming to achieve excellence in the Service Level we offer to our customers and, at the same time, offering the best experience possible to our Shoppers. You will also work on developing processes, tools, and analysis to align daily operations with the broader corporate strategy. The candidate needs to be an excellent communicator and team leader working cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Live Operations functions.
