**About the role**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
- You will ensure the operational and technical functioning of the payroll platform by managing updates on time and enabling them through a ticket system;
- You will be the focal point of administrative processes for gathering stakeholders' needs and requests in agreement with IT, SAP assistance, suppliers to make operational recommendations and new system implementations
- You will diagnose any problems and malfunctions relating to payroll platforms and suggest suitable solutions for their resolution;
- You will supervise the updating of employees' master, pay and personal data on payroll platforms;
- You will proactively participate in digitization projects of the Personnel Administration function in cooperation with other functions or external stakeholders;
- You will supervise the training of colleagues;
**Who we are looking for**:
- Successfully completed Business/Management Engineering;
- 3. 5 years of HR experience;
- Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters;
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality;
- Managerial skills;
- FMCG experience is a plus.
- Available to international mobility
IT Skills
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- SAP HR is a plus
- ADP Software is a plus
Languages
- Fluent in English
- Any other European language is a plus
