is looking for a Local Procurement Sourcer to be part of the Procurement team based in Filago (BG).

This role is reporting to the Head of Procurement in Italy.

Major Tasks:

- First point of contact to support the local stakeholders for their respective requests and guide them inside PRO. - Cooperate and align with local stakeholders on sourcing strategies, bidding events and required support and involvement in complex/strategic local CI Project.

Coordinate with regional Procurement to obtain the required support. - Provide local expertise (law, regulations, business practices, stakeholder ) to the other procurement groups. - Cooperate closely with other relevant functions such as local & regional Procurement- Locally source technical goods, technical services or other services. - "Prepare and treat invitation to tender, sourcing event, negotiation, purchase order or contracts, as well as claims and complaints according to the local / regional / global work-split.

Negotiate contracts, claims and disputes, resolve potential claims or disputes with supplier and ensure prompt resolution of issues (delivery, rejections, quality, etc. )

according to the local / regional / global work-split". - Generate saving ideas, support standardization across sites, drive efficiencies and synergies within the region. - Coordinate with and support other direct or indirect procurement categories as needed according to the local / regional / global work-split. - Manage the demand, develop and manage the contracts and/or suppliers, issue contracts and/or PO for the other direct or indirect procurement categories according to the local / regional / global work-split. - Manage the relationship to assigned suppliers.

Perform supplier management incl.

onsite audits, performance reviews, sustainability, development according to the local / regional / global work-split. - Identify and develop new potential as well as known (local / regional / global) suppliers and contractors. - Generate, track and document value contributions (e. g.

savings, cash flow).

WHAT YOU OFFER- University degree with commercial or business relevance, Bachelor of engineering or Bachelor of business administration, alternatively commercial or technical training with several years professional experience in a relevant function. - Languages: Fluent English, any other language is an advantage. - Significant experience in procurement. - Experience and proficiency in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations and management, supplier relationship management, dispute resolution, quality management systems, regulatory requirements and procurement processes, principles and practices, commercial law, modern procurement processes and practices, ethics in supplier-buyer relationships, negotiation practice. - Excellent team player, expert in stakeholder management. - High degree of understanding of the compliance and ethics associated with the Procurement function, and the ability to influence personnel at all levels (both internally and externally) to achieve compliance. - Excellent, team-oriented communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills, including the ability to work in a global business environment. - Analytic decision making, problem solving, interpersonal and creative thinking skills. - Knowledge and experience of/with all relevant IT tools (SAP, MS Office. . . ).
