In WTW we are looking to hire a **Local Sales Tech Expert **within our offices in Milan.

**The Role

The **Local Sales Tech Expert **ensures the acquisition of new clients and the retention of existing clients for our software and more broadly for all our solutions combining consulting and technology.

As part of your job, you will:

- Work closely with our consultants in Italy to understand the needs of our clients, build tailor-made solutions combining software and services and close sales.

- Develop our strategies for new client acquisition and existing clients retention

- Coordinate our software and solutions sales, involve the experts you need to achieve the ICT team's goals.

- Contribute to the implementation of our brand awareness campaigns in the Italian market, ensure that our solutions are known to our clients and prospects.

- Ensure the quality and longevity of the relationship with our clients, both for Life and P&C markets.

- Finally, work closely with management, software product managers and the technology consulting team.

**The Requirements**:

Superior sales or engineer background, at least 5 years of experience in a similar position

- Strong sense of client service and teamwork

- Innovative and proactive, with concrete problem-solving skills

- Strong capacity for adaptation and excellent relationship attitude

- Developing a deep understanding of the solutions and software

- Fluent in English.
