What You'll Do:

Help Our Partners: Take calls and provide initial advice to our B2B partners in ItalianProvide Updates: Keep our partners informed about ongoing cases and provide regular updatesLend a Hand: Assist other operation teams with communication in ItalianHandle Inquiries: Respond to information requests from B2B partnersRecord Details: Document all your work in our CRM system. What We're Looking For:

Language Skills: Advanced level of English and Italian - you'll need to speak and write fluentlyQuick Learner: Ability to grasp new information quickly and focus on resultsMulti-Tasker: Capable of juggling multiple tasks and handling stress with easeEmpathetic: A strong sense of empathy is essentialTravel Industry Experience: Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is an advantage!Benefits
