The Localisation Text Quality process focus is to evaluate the overall performance of the Localisation Group external resources and projects.

The role of the Quality Coordinator is to support Localisation teams across Keywords on the quality process.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with Localisation managers & project managers to set quality targets & plans, reviewing quarterly.

- Analyse and present timely reports on the quality status against agreed targets, suggest and implement corrective actions where needed.

- Champion the quality process across the Loc teams.

- Define and carry out training sessions for internal linguists and external resources on quality control procedures.

- Validate and arbitrate quality reports and support PMs in sharing evaluation results to external resources.

- Continuously seek improvements to the Quality Framework Portal and process.

**Requirements**:

- +2 years of experience in a language related role within the localisation industry.

- Degree in translation or linguistic related studies.

- Excellent English plus Knowledge of an additional language.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Knowledge of localization Quality Control processes desirable.

- Intermediate to high Excel skills highly desirable.

- Experience working with dispersed teams.

- Strong negotiation and arbitration skills.

- Familiarity with translation quality evaluation systems & methods desirable.

- Ability to extract key information, analyse and present conclusions.
