As a core member of the IT ELSB HR team in LPG Energy Distribution you will be in charge of the overall HR contribution and value added to the business.
You will be partnering with the relevant leaders to understand business drivers and the current and long-term strategy, and to identify opportunities for HR to add value to the business.
You will contribute to the translation of business goals into HR priorities and ensure effective Implementation in partnership with the Centers of Expertise and global business services.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Act as a point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes at the client's side.
- Build a strong business relationship with the internal client.
- Lead negotiations and foster constructive working relationships with trade unions on a range of labor issues.
- Interpreting HR analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics, trends and issues, and utilizing findings to specify and carry the relevant actions.
- Support internal communication process to motivate, engaged and valorizing people in the organization through supporting different process and projects.
- Use social media in order to extend our values and attraction also outside the organization.
**Your background**:
- Master Degree in Economics, Human Resources or relevant field;
- At least 5 years of experience in HR field;
- Basic SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Italian;
- The ability to manage multiple demands on time and to work in cross-functional teams;
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs;
- Working in an agile, flexible way, capable of utilizing technology to deliver business-focused solutions.
