The team
Specifically, in the Talent & Development team, we are in charge of all talent acquisition, training and development projects for our Head Quarter and for our warehouses.
We interact daily with managers to create the best match between buisness needs and individual competencies and motivation; we design and deliver training, development and employee engagement initiatives
Your role
Activities:
- Manage internal mobility events, combining a business oriented and people development approach and providing the best employee experience
- Contribute to the collection of training needs and the design and delivery of training programs
- Contribute to internal communication and employer branding activities, proposing and delivering activities to promote and improve company image internally and externally, in collaboration with Communication department
- Contribute to design and delivery of talent development projects
- Support line managers in the management of development topics
- Contribute to the design and delivery of employee engagement projects and activities
- Produce reports and presentations on the team results and projects.
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting; an experience in development projects in a structured multinational company is a plus
- Bachelor Degree; a Master in HR is a plus
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Office suite (Excel, Power Point)
- Relationship skills, ability to interact with multiple counterparts building trust
- Planning and organization
