Join our Operations Customer Service team and you will monitor and support the distribution flow of company portfolio smoke-free devices and accessories in the secondary distribution layer (direct retail, indirect retail, e-commerce) to ensure product availability in the pipeline and focusing on distribution flows from distributors to customers (tobacconists and 3rd parties).
Specific responsibilities include:
- Customers Master Data Administration: manage and improve Master Data process for the creation of new customers, dealing internally with several teams and externally with Distributor and IT consultants
- Order Monitoring: monitor order placed from customers to distributors to balance stock level within distribution network and ensure smooth deployment of commercial initiatives
- Inventory management with focus on OOS prevention, on time in full and safety stock analysis
- Goods Return Process: manage the return process of goods (in case of Point of sales/Retailer's closure or in case of product change) dealing with all internal stakeholders, distributors, creating clear procedures and reducing financial exposure
- Best practices & Procedures: define and share Supply Chain best practices and procedures related to distribution of devices and accessories aiming to optimize customer's service level
- Direct Purchase: manage and optimize the direct purchase request for devices and accessories dealing with internal customers and distributors and monitoring the distribution budget impact
- Special Projects: follow up special projects and activities related to devices/accessories dealing with Development and Deployment teams
- Support successful New Product Launches
- Identify and initiate Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
- Special Situation Management: support Operations Customer Service Management with SSM (Special Situation Management) in case of product recall to minimize impact on consumers
- Collaboration with Manager: support the Manager and Head of Function in identifying opportunities for Distribution enhancements and in maximizing the existing Supply Chain processes and flows
Who we're looking for:
- Graduation in Economics, Engineering or related fields
- 3+ years experiences in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics in a multinational company
- Advanced knowledge of MS automation tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Analytical and highly numeric approach
- Knowledge of SAP
- Italian native speaker and fluent in English
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience working with virtual teams and matrix organizations
- Customer and problem-solving orientation
- Agility to work in a complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills & flexibility to understand different perspectives
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player, positive attitude, and willingness to share competencies
What's 'nice to have':
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools will be a great plus
- Entrepreneurship and attention to details
- APICS Certification
