Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a **Logistic AD Personam Planning **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Logistic Pre Series**.

You will be responsible to ensure the Ad Personam materials best supply chain planning decision and effective logistic prerequisite implementation within Simultaneous Engineering Teams (SET) and suppliers, managing the modification process and logistic supplier readiness included content introduction and Ad Personam material disposition

You will:

- Participation at Ad personam content management meetings

- Supplier readiness (contact with supplier for content availability forecast and monitoring, purchasing contract monitoring)

- Modification management (phase-in prerequisite check, systems update and production order content modification request & stitching activation rules)

- Sampling tracking & related activities

- Supporting the Ad Personam team for meeting/presentation preparation

- Supplier visit (visit the supplier in case of critical logistic points, audits, critical modification process, or SET related topics)

- Ad personam Process Improvements and digitalization

**About you

- University Degree in Management/Industrial Engineering.

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in automotive environment, Ad personam experience will be a plus.

- Supply chain management concepts

- Product development process and BOM management

- SAP and Excel advanced knowledge, PowerPoint and presentation skills

- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
