Logistic Admin
P**rimary purpose of the position**:
- Be the main point of contact between Customer Fulfilment and 3PLs on a day to day operational level
- _ Optimize stock movements between plants, customers and warehouse_
**Essential Responsible Areas**:
- Optimize performance of Logistics Providers, through the use of SAP and Transporeon
- Monitoring of Logistics Providers service and issue a weekly and monthly report of service - report to be developed in partnership with the central logistics team
- Organise a monthly performance review with the largest 3PL's
- Allocation of loads between 3PL's when capacity is constrained
- Customers' complaints administration - Investigation and closure of NOC's
- Claims against 3PLs creation and coordination
- Additional logistics administration activities as required (Reports, checking invoices, inventory taking etc.
)
- Supporting Customer Fulfillment Activities during Peak seasons and Holiday covers
**Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience in data analytics
- Strong attention to details
- _ Strong command of MS Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint )_
- _ Good knowledge of SAP or similar ERP_
**Professional & Education Qualification**:
- Relevant commercial apprenticeship, ideally in logistics
- Relevant work experience in Logistics/ Supply chain area
- Ideally customs training and (first) experience in customs clearance
