KEY ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES

- Cargo management: receipt of order from customer service, simulation of volumes in the container and calculation of spaces, compilation of loading plan and packing list.

- Container booking: contacting the forwarding agent, checking planning and load confirmation with compilation of the warehouse schedule.

- Management of spare parts shipments and organisation of the return of non-functional products from the customer, with relative comparison with quality and service for non-conformity management.

- In the case of repairs under warranty: organisation of shipment with courier, issue of Bills of Lading with processing of CR, compilation of RMA List.

- Container shipment: preparation of bill, invoice, packing list, declarations, compilation of Customs Bills Register and VGM receipt control (EU and non-EU shipments)

- Communication coordination between customer and production

- Shipment tracking

- Support to commercial for various quotations

- End-of-month turnover control with Finance office

Role: Logistic Administrator

Position Summary: Reporting to the Operation Manager, the logistics officer will be responsible for the optimisation of warehouse processes, ensuring the availability of materials, recording the passage of incoming and outgoing goods, their integrity and location.
