**Key Responsibilities

- To update shared files of the deliveries of each port, amending possible problems on the Port stock.

- Ensure the timely updating of the information to the ports, managing clearing operations and container handling, provide to Sales dept.

reliable info to forecast the sales

- Confirm transports in accordance with the approved Supplier/rate.

Relations with the customers ensuring transports respect Del Monte requirement and Customer needs

- To ensure that the supplier invoice is compliant with the quantities / tariffs and duly supported by back-up proving the service provided to Del Monte

- To ensure that overripe goods leave the ports in short time in order to avoid the contamination of the green bananas stocked and to limit the damage.

- To ensure that all company Policies, Forms and procedures related to logistic are complied with and followed up in terms of contracts and approvals.

- Follow claims received by customers with sales manager and in case ensure the correct execution of survey.

When all checking is done she/he updates all back up documentation in order to issue credit note to customer

- Follow CPR movements according to regulation and book news slots / trucks once needed

**Skills

- Fluent in written and spoken Italian, good English knowledge

- Computer Literate (word-excel-)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good organizational maturity and effectiveness.

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Basic Logistic knowledge
