YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Check the availability of merchandise to ensure that the availability of your inventory meets your needs.

Check and ensure the availability of products.

Perform picking, loading/undload activities and fill up.

Optimize the efficiency of goods flow by verifying that the operational forecasts of the store are in line with the order parameters.

Ensure the highest availability of goods at the lowest possible cost, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Keep the IKEA Store always tidy for the customer and also to ensure that all employees work as smoothly as possible.

Ensure the proper functioning of the operations needed to prepare goods flow.

Be ready and available to help customers friendly.

ABOUT THIS WORK AREA

The logistic department contributes to the realization of the meeting with the customer through the sales channels, ensuring a constant and high availability of our offer; In addition, the area works with the sales department's business needs and activities to optimize the availability of goods and minimize total operating costs as well as define the function's KPIs.

The store collaborates with headquarters in defining global strategies for achieving its goals and translating business goals into effective functional media to be implemented in different units.

The logistics area also creates periodic reports and statistical documentation to compare the real situation with the expected situation and analyzes the results with the team.

Based on the relevant data, it develops intervention strategies to solve problems and maximize the supply chain
