The impact you'll have

As part of the Supply Chain team reporting directly to the Planning Manager,

- You will support all the stages of planning for our special customers: from demand planning, production planning to the delivery to the final customer.

- You will ensure correct delivery times and the right service level of MTS & MTO products.

- You will manage special customer orders and confirm delivery times.

- You will control daily the production to ensure compliance with all the agreed commitments.

- You will manage the finished product, check all the orders that have stock in the finished product and assign it to the order, respecting the packaging and price conditions.

- You will coordinate and cooperate with the Sales department to better support our special customer.

- You will manage the coodination with Production and R&D to better test new products.

- You will coordinate with other planners to maximize and boost synergies among plants.

- You will manage the relations with the production departments to define and respect medium

- and short-term production programs.

- You will be aligned with logistics partners to facilitate the efficient management of the shipment.

- You will manage and control the stock by promoting efficient strategies.

What you'll bring to the team

- You are passionate and interested in working within the Operations area.

- You have an analytical mindset and are extremely precise when it comes to process information and planning.

- You have a good set of technical IT skills, and you know how to use Excel well.

- You are a team player, a people person with good communication skills.

- You can manage priorities and timing of assigned tasks.

- You are efficient in planning and organizing, with an analytical mindset

- You are fluent in English

Previous experiences in planning, logistics are not a must, but surely a plus.
