To support our Company's grow, we are looking for a motivated **Logistic Manager**, who will be part of the Operations team.

**DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

As Logistic Manager you will be responsible for:

- Managing critical logistic issues arising from external and unpredictable factors, while providing forecasts for importing materials from factories.

- Leading and coordinating the activities of a logistics team, providing support and training as needed.

- Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate logistics performance and implement continuous improvements.

- Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and requirements related to logistics, including Customs Law for import and export.

- Support in negotiating rates with logistic suppliers and carriers to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.

- Resolving problems and complaints effectively, monitoring service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Analyzing warehouse inventory and implementing cost optimization solutions.

- Demonstrating proficiency in technologies and information systems.

- Developing strategies to optimize logistics and warehouse processes and setting up a mix of KPIs to ensure excellent service levels, cost budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.

- Utilizing forecasting and demand planning skills to effectively manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products.

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Engineering or similar qualification.

- At least 5 years of structured experience in logistic management in a structured production context.

- Excellent understanding of English language

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

- Management experience in a warehouse, production and shipments areas.

- Experience gained in the management and optimization of shipments and transportation.

- Ability to manage priorities and critical issues in a timely manner.

- Good knowledge of the mains ERP on market (specifically SAP B1).

- Knowledge of IT tools (Excel, etc.

).
