You will be managing the logistics operations of Reckitt Italy.

You will be actively contributing to the Supply Services' objectives in terms of Service Level, Logistic Costs and Quality compliance.

For the Reckitt Hygiene you will oversee the logistic operations (Freight-in, Warehousing and 3PL management) of the Mira Automated Warehouse, run by Reckitt people with support of local Handling Cooperative with approx.

30 indirect FTE's.

- RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver business results in line with assigned targets on: Service Level, Logistic Costs, Quality and Regulatory Compliance

- You will be directly responsible of the Logistic team of 6 people based in Mira (Venice)

- Define and monitor KPI's to lead the 3PL's operational activities

- Identify opportunities for efficiencies, productivity and lead continuous improvement projects

- Run tenders and negotiations with 3PLs and in close contact with Reckitt HQ Logistic Procurement

- Make available in a timely and accurate manner the logistic reports on cost and KPI's

- Own the Yearly Financial Planning, Quarterly Forecasting process and month-end closure process on the logistics lines with reliable and accurate data backed with solid business understanding.

As well as it's controls (Budget Management)

- Responsible for H&S compliance

- Secure that all requirements are met in front of internal/external Audits (i. e.

: Finance Audit, Annual Stock Audit, Quality and Regulatory Audits)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in economics, Business Administration or Engineering

- 5 years prior experience in Logistics

- Ability to understand/use ERP planning systems and WMS

- Negotiation of Supply agreements

- People management experience

- Fluency in Italian, English nice to have

- Problem solving, Project management skills
