SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.

**Posizione**:

We're currently looking for a **graduate in Engineering Management to be assigned on one of our projects in Canada in** the **Logistic Department**:

Overall Purpose of the Role:

Works in transportation or warehousing of goods.

Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment.

Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.

Responsabilities:

- Coordinate and monitor shipment and custom clearance process

- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively

- Coordinate logistics staff (e. g.

truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements

- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs

- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc.

to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction

- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements

- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.

- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
