Operations are now seeking a talented Logistic Outbound Specialist to join the team.

Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: our plant in Landriano, Pavia, Lombardy, IT

Reporting into: Logistics Manager

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

- Support logistic Manager on the improvement and optimization of costs and processes related to Distribution logistics area.

- Implement tools-systems to optimize the various activities and improve the service's level.

- Monitor constantly operational KPI and SLA.

- Identify significant deviations in the performances and on indication of Logistic Manager implement corrective actions.

- Work closely with 3Pl as a contact point for operational criticalities.

- Work closely with Customer Care for all need related to priorities and critical issues.

The type of person we are looking for:

- Fluent in English and Italian, the knowledge of another language is a plus

- Good knowledge of Office Suite

- Curious and willing to learn

- Problem-solving skills and results-oriented

- Ability to work well in a team

- Excellent communication skills
