Planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives

- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success

- Support in sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers

- Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.

)

- Keep trach of all the clients' approval before the day of the event

- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur

- Analyze the event's success and prepare reports

- Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements

- Produce detailed proposals for events (including deck proposals, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)

- Liaise with Head Of Event Manager and Creative teams to create/develop/publicize and promote the event

- Manage all pre-event planning, organising and delegate packs

- Handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget

- Manage a team of staff, giving full briefings

- Make sure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed

- Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of the luxury/fashion/beauty/lifestyle

- At least 5 years of experience in this sector

- Agency background

- Proven experience as Logistic Project Manager

- Skilled in project management

- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management

- Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office

- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills

- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability

- Excellent organizational skills

- A knack for problem-solving

- A team player with leadership skills
