COMPANY PROFILE:

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The function of Logistic Responsible is to support SMAT PV&PE to plan, organize and follow shipments and transports to and from Modena to and from every part of the world related to parts and vehicles.

Will play a leading role in the warehouse always trying to respect delivery dates and places of destination.

Ability to fill in transport documents (ddt), delivery notes and packing lists.

Must manage the supplying transport companies.

Responsibility also in inventory management and then in monitoring the vehicle fleet of the PV.

1. Good/excellent time management

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Knowledge of main logistic software (SAP, SAP VELO, etc.

)

4. Management and maintenance of vehicle inventory

5. Good usage of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

6. Microsoft Outlook

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferably)

2. Logistic Experience (at least 3 years)

3. Proactive

4. Good written and verbal communication skills in English

5. High Level of interpersonal and relationship skills

6. Possible experience in automotive (vehicle fleet management)

8. Ability to work independently
