Logistic Flow Coordinator

**Main job responsibilities**:

- Is responsible for negotiating and purchasing logistics services, mainly national and international (EU and non-EU) out-of-gauge transports;

- Defines shipping schedules in accordance with production programmes;

- Is responsible for ensuring the best possible conditions in relation to cost, quality and reliability of deliveries, within the allocated budget;

- Researches and selects suppliers to whom to address requests for tenders within the existing supplier pool or carries out scouting activities for the search of new national and international suppliers;

- Analyses the offers received from suppliers, assessing their homogeneity and compliance with the specifications required by the internal customer;

- Draws up purchase orders, accompanying them with the necessary supporting documentation;

- Independently manages all relations with assigned suppliers, in compliance with company priorities and objectives;

- Constantly monitors the service level of existing suppliers;

- If necessary, visits potential new suppliers, passing on all necessary information and evaluation within the company;

- Collaborates with the Finance function on any discrepancies between invoices received and orders issued, contacting suppliers for corrective action.

**Education

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Management Engineering or similar

**Computer knowledges

Excellent computer skills (Office package)

**Language skills

Good knowledge of English
