We distribute our solar products and sell our solutions and services to a diversified international utility, commercial and residential customer base all over the world.

We are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist for our team, to be based in Italy, smart working.

**Responsibilities**:

- deal with daily work of warehousing and logistics in Europe and coordinate with warehouses operators, overseas manufacturing plants and clients

- coordinate movements of goods from the factories until arrival in destination ports (drop shipments / CIF - Shipments)

- support customers in picking up goods in European warehouses

- manage goods delivery and transport vehicles mainly in Italy and in the rest of Europe

- make inquiries on logistics fees quotation

- help with logistics support analysis in Italy

- assist in the logistic support planning and scheduling process in Italy

**Qualifications

- Degree or finished apprenticeship in Logistics or Forwarding

- 2-3 years of experience in International logistics

- Solid knowledge of European logistic laws, Incoterms and policies

- Excellent communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritize

- Fluent in Italian and English, further languages (Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish) a plus

- Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment
