Logistic Specialist is the figure who organises the sorting and shipment of products to BLMGroup's logistics centres and to customers, also coordinating the shipment of assemblies and components from suppliers.

Responsibilities Ensuring the punctuality of shipments to customers, according to the deadlines agreed with Sales and Production; Scheduling and organising the sorting of BLMGroup products at logistics centres before shipment to customers; Selecting, checking and monitoring the quality of BLMGroup's logistics service providers (forwarding agents, couriers, companies specialising in logistics services). Activities

Checking and timely management of shipments and transfers at logistics centres, with timely resolution of any problems; Use of software systems for tracking and organising logistics processes; Managing the transfer of information - complete and clear - to internal (Sales and Service) and external customers, as well as to suppliers, Production and Warehouse, to ensure the best possible outcome of shipments. Must have

Bachelor's degree or diploma in economics/computer science; Knowledge of the English language, at B1 level or above; Familiarity with the use of the Office package, particularly good knowledge of Excel is required. Nice to have
