Atlas Copco is now looking for a **Logistics Specialist** as the existing one will take a new responsibility within the Group.

The main goal of the position is to secure an efficient order process management for the compressed air products of the Oil Free business line, from the order receipt to the delivery of the goods to the customer.

**The role

A person who takes care effectively of the timely execution of order invoicing upon products delivery, including the preparation and delivery of the documents requested by the order specifications, such as transport documents, user acceptance report, and certificates of origin.

You will interact with our forwarders for the execution of the logistic formalities.

SAP is our ERP system and you will use it to manage projects, which are special orders for customized compressors.

You will analyze the supply conditions of available orders to help the Business Line Manager solve practical problems to deliver and invoice goods and support him for the monthly revenue forecast.

You will be the Business Key User (BKU) of the SAP Logistics module and interact with colleagues abroad to understand the improvements to SAP and how to implement them locally.

As you deal frequently with forwarders, you will also manage insurance claims, in case of damages of products in transit to customers and help get those claims reimbursed.

**What are we looking for?

- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in Customer support, order processing and logistics

- As we are a multinational company, written and spoken English are mandatory

- MS Office and SAP will be you daily work tools

- Team spirit, focus on results, communication skills and resilience
