The goal is providing outstanding delivery services to our customers across the different channels, meeting quality standards, maximizing process efficiency and minimizing costs.

You will report to the Logistic Manager.

A day in the life of a Logistic SpecialistManage & control daily inbound and outbound activities on delivery service networkManage & optimize operations activities at warehouse levelManage third-party logistics providers focusing on performances and promoting a continuous improvement approach, with the responsibility of leading efficiency projects and managing daily operationsCreate effective relationships and efficient communication flows with internal stakeholders and external suppliersAnalyze Order & Delivery KPIs to highlight issues, trends and improvement areas, in order to guarantee Nespresso Supply Chain targets achievementLead regular Operational Reviews with external suppliers to create and monitor projects and action plansSupport the team with analysis and reports, aggregating data from multiple sources and managing large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information to provide action-driven insightsPromote innovation, identifying market trends and opportunities and managing their implementation in our operations networkProactively collaborate with all Nespresso Logistics Team in order to guarantee full alignment and efficiency among the entire Supply ChainWhat will make you successful?
