We are looking for a **Stock Operations Specialist** in our distribution center of Villanterio (Pavia).

With this role you will ensure an optimal management of the stocks in order to enable the WH Preparation Team to prepare exactly the quantities which Supply Teams daily allocate to the Customers orders and offer the best service to customers, supervising the stock operations and being a strong support and partner to the inbound and preparation team, he/she ensures that the WH stock is constantly managed, accurate and well-organized.

**Main responsibilities and tasks

- Stock Operations Management and Control

- Day-to-day operations and controls for a perfect stock accuracy

- Manage, supervise and support the team on processing all incoming and outbound product flows

- Ensure perfect synchronization between physical and system-based flows (receiving, transfers and shipments, returns etc. )

and between MM ( SAP) and WMS ( Manhattan )

- Investigate root causes and solve Desynchro issues

- Assign corrective actions to the proper team members ( handling provider too) in case of stock-related issue;

- Supervise Follow-up and correct negative stocks;

- Stock takes & cycle counts

- Plan and ensure an appropriate preparation of stock takes and cycle counts;

- Contribute to scanning and investigations;

- Produce the final report for Finance department;

- Propose actions to improve future stock takes results (methods, tool, training ) and reduce shrinkage.

- Follow and communicate daily stock-related KPIs

- Contribute actively to team meetings organized at Country/Zone/Project level, during morning briefing and with the Handling Provider to report on operational issues and stock-related KPIs

- External storage and flow management

- Continuous process improvement and performance follow-up

**You have

- 3-5 years of experience in Logistics

- an entrepreneurial spirit

- possibly a background in engineering

- flexibility, learning agility and a high level of motivation
