We are looking for a Logistic Structure Equipments Planner to join our Headquarter at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO). You will hierarchically report to the Head of Logistic Engineering and Operations and functionally to the coordinator of Logistic Operations. You will be responsible for defining and managing the budget necessary to carry out the purchasing of logistic equipment (shelves, gripper, manipulator, trailers, flow racks, etc. )

and all the related activities (i. e.

shelves certification, periodical check, etc.

); as an interface between Automobili Lamborghini, Logistic Service Provider, production, and external suppliers.

Moreover, you will be responsible for the plausibility of offers from suppliers of logistics services/equipment and the management of logistics assets (status check, maintenance request, certifications).

Your main activities will be: Logistic asset status check (maintenance organization, check status) and improvementPreparation of the equipment technical specificationEvaluation of the technical offersManagement of the external supplier in order to procure/maintain and certificate the equipmentPlanning for equipment relocation and warehouse relayoutLSP contract update regarding logistic equipment implementation or modificationCollection of the relevant information to prepare/update the DUVRIVerification of the application of the Safety rules by the LSP (inspections, walk around, 5S, interference, certifications)Check the Dangerous Goods status in terms of storage rules and material location, liaising with AL and SLI Safety departmentInterface with other entities (Logistics, Infrastructures, IT, purchases, Safety, External suppliers, etc.

)About you University Degree in Mechanical/Management/Industrial EngineeringAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high volume manufacturing/automotive warehouse environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office and AUTOCADStrong Project Management capabilitiesExperience in working together with a Logistic service provider and external suppliersExperience in safety regulationsExperience in problem solvingFluent English; Italian and German will be considered a plusStrong personality and ability for implementing actions/activitiesTeam working attitude and Customer orientationWhat we offer Holistic Well-Being programParenthood programSpecific job posting for internal employees
