About us**:

**Purpose of the job**:

**Major activities you will be involved in**:

- Be part of the important Biz visibility enhancement, providing insightful analysis on the Logistics business financial figures and forecast (P&L, Cost analysis) and Logistics Operation performance.

- Creation and Managing of a Dashboard and reports highlighting Performances for Transport, Warehousing, Reverse Logistics.

- Monitor & Collect Service KPIs for Transport & Warehouse activities Internally and Externally from third Parties and lead continuous improvement plans on below area.

- Warehouse / Inventory related : Capa monitoring / simulation, abnormal inventory, aging, etc.

- Transportation related : Transportation leadtime, outstanding delivery, D2C delivery, IOD/POD control, Inbound tracking, L/T, etc.

- Reverse logistics related : Return (DtC and B2B), leadtime, etc.

- Cost related : logistics cost, abnormal cost, etc.

- Anticipate the potential risk, and escalate to the relevant stakeholders to manage in timely manner.

- Coordinate & Support collaboration among the stake-holders to manage the logistics issues.

- Support the Country Manager for preparing the top management report.

- Participate to new biz visibility enhancement projects or logistics operation projects.

**Profile**:

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Master / Bachelor in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or in Data Science, Finance.

- Computer Knowledge: Excellent Office package especially Excel.

Excel Macro skill is preferred.

- Language Knowledge: Good written & spoken English & Italian (English mandatory - day to day communication with a tutor will be in English).

- Others: Excellent analytical skill & intelligence, Good communication / coordination skills with customers or with other teams.

- Travel required: less than 5%

**Benefits**:

Internship (6 months), monthly compensation (900, 00 euro).

Office: Milan Center.

Working time: Monday to Friday.
