We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to join our UniQue team in Naples, Italy What will you be doing in this role: Works with Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) basic processes and operations. Maintains item and inventory management records. Helps minimize bottlenecks and delays and the resulting impact on operating costs. Uses real-time inventory software, with guidance, to move supplies where needed, when needed. Assists in resolving issues related to physical space management. Performs the receiving, ticketing, checking in and distributing of inventory items for a specific location. Produces basic inventory management reports for senior staff to reconcile the inventory balances. Tracks inventory information for a specific product group or location. Works with basic tasks of inventory management for a specific location. Follows processes to take stock, release inventory or return into processing; resolves discrepancies. Uses tools, with guidance, to forecast delivery times, determine costs and assess performance. Works with logistics in a domestic environment. Maintains records of all shipments and invoices using an established system. Assists in the development of process flows to track lead time by activity. Participates in integrating logistics processes and developing effective networks. Recognizes software systems or components used to manage supply chain. Participates in supply chain analysis and uses it to spot trends and improvement opportunities. Discusses considerations for integrating partner and supplier transactions. Summarizes supply chain considerations for different types of products. Works with a specific part of supply chain management process. Analyzes and documents key performance indicators of warehouse management in own area. Requirements What do you need to succeed in this position? Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain operations, or asset management. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and asset tracking tools. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles, including warehouse management, procurement, and distribution. Experience with annual inventory inspections and discrepancy investigations. Proficiency in using enterprise asset management (EAM) systems and ERP software. Understanding of data reporting and analysis for asset management reports. Good knowledge of English.
