Logistics and Samples Assistant (f/m/d) To support our Styling team we are searching for a Logistics and Samples Assistant (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.

WHAT YOU WILL DOAssist and support the Logistics and Samples Coordinator with any task needed including unpacking, organization and repacking of samplesEnsure and advocate that all product as well as samples are handled with careEnsure all internal and external orders arrive according to order's listEnsure the data regarding all the orders and goods within the photo studio is organized and updated at all timesEnsure all skus are shot according to the briefed new arrivals listUnderstand and be a source of knowledge regarding the logistic processes and its connection with the photo production cycleMaintain communication with the other logistic centers to ensure organization and alignment at all timesAssist the logistics team throughout all stages of the logistic cycle including the inventory.
