We are looking for a Logistics and Support Admin to join our team in Treviso, Italy.

**What will you be doing?

Logistics

- Oversee all day-to-day operations of inbound/outbound logistics

- Send all necessary proformas and documents to International Customers

- Communicate all pre-payment requests with International Customers and Forwarders

- Create and maintain all shipping logs in our database for foreign and domestic shipments

- Approve all necessary shipping documents for finished goods travelling from overseas.

- Work in collaboration with international forwarders, customs, HQ and distributors

Administration

- Work in collaboration with our local administration office for all invoices related to RMA or reimbursements to our installers.

- Management of RMA reimbursement cases on company's dedicated portal

**Requirements**:

- Associates degree preferred and/or training in transportation

- Experience with logistics and/or carrier

- Experience with domestic and international freight modes

- Knowledge about INCOTERMS®

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- SAP experience preferred and must be PC literate in Microsoft products

- Ability to learn quickly and retain detailed information

- Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks timely and efficiently
