**What we are looking for**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

This position is reporting to the Managing Director of Italy.

Part of the tasks will be:

- Inventory management accuracy

- Products forecast to factory

- Monitoring manufacturing of orders to factory

- Logistics outbound including Sea freight and air freight management

- Carriers' selection and transport price negotiation.

- Prioritizing orders from customer service to warehouse.

- Coordinating warehouse with customer service.

- Back up of customer service employees and warehouse boss.

- Supporting each customer service of all Carboline companies around Europe for products to be collected from Carboline Italy.

- General Services including offices and warehouse maintenance + green maintenance around offices.

**Requirements**:

- High School or University degree

- +5 years' experience in logistics management & warehouse

- Fluent communication skills both in English and Italian

- Good organizational and co-ordinational skills.
